Flexaust’s FlexStat 60 static dissipative polyurethane hose is heavy-walled, but flexible, and designed to replace PVC and rubber hose in demanding bulk pneumatic conveying applications. The hose features a 0.06-inch-thick wall reinforced with a rigid, external ABS helix, and an embedded copper grounding wire. A smooth interior minimizes friction loss.

The hose is available with 4-, 5-, 6- and 8-inch IDs, and in lengths of 25 and 50 ft. It exhibits 108–1,010 ohms/square surface resistivity and operates from -40°F to 200°F.
